EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations provide for –
(a) election of mayor and deputy mayor; and
(b) election of councillors; and
(c) disputes in relation to elections; and
(d) tenders for goods and services; and
(e) complaints in relation to action of councils; and
(f) other miscellaneous matters.
