MINERAL RESOURCES REGULATIONS 2006 (S.R. 2006, NO. 58) - REG 11
Royalty payable
For the purpose of section 102(2)(b) of the Act, royalty is
payable – (a) in respect of each quarter; and
(b) by the 30th day
after the end of that quarter.
