(1)  An application for a transitional licence for cable jointing work or a transitional licence for linework must –

(a) be made to the Administrator in an approved form; and

(b) be made within 2 months after the commencement day; and

(c) include a statement of the applicant's full name, residential address and qualifications for that work and any limitations or restrictions subject to which his or her work is or was required to be performed.

(2)  No fee is payable for an application for a transitional licence.
