Regulation 10 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (b) " section 18 of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 ." and substituting " section 18 of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 ;" ;

(b) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (b) :

(c) the office of Health Complaints Commissioner referred to in section 5 of the Health Complaints Act 1995 .

These regulations amend the Public Interest Disclosures Regulations 2003 by prescribing the office of Health Complaints Commissioner for the purpose of section 41 of the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2002 .
