PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (MANAGEMENT OF ENVIRONMENT) REGULATIONS 2002 (S.R. 2002, NO. 67) - REG 9
Submission of environment plan
(1) Before commencing a petroleum activity, the operator of the activity
must submit to the Minister an environment plan for the activity for the
adjacent area.
(2) An environment plan may be submitted for one or more stages of the
activity if the operator and the Minister so agree.
