PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (DIVING SAFETY) REGULATIONS 2008 (S.R. 2008, NO. 59) - REG 11
Grounds for rejecting DSMS
The Safety Authority must reject a DSMS if – (a) the DSMS does not
adequately comply with regulation 8 ; or
(b) the Safety Authority is not
satisfied that there was effective consultation with divers and other members
of the workforce in the preparation of the DSMS, as required by
regulation 22 .
