Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting after item 7B the following item:

7BA.    Benzylpiperazine (otherwise known as BZP).

(b) by inserting after item 70 the following item:

70AA.    1-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)piperazine (otherwise known as TFMPP).

This order amends the Poisons (Prohibited Substances) Order 1990 by adding the following substances to the list of prohibited substances:

(a) Benzylpiperazine (otherwise known as BZP);

(b) 1-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)piperazine (otherwise known as TFMPP).
