If, pursuant to section 29 of the Act, a gaoler receives a person who is the subject of an order of transfer from one participating State to another participating State and detains that person in custody, the gaoler is to endorse on the copy of the order of transfer delivered to the gaoler by the escort –

(a) the time and date of the receipt of that person into custody; and

(b) the time and date of the delivery of that person to the custody of the escort.
