Proclamation under the Mutual Recognition (Tasmania) Amendment Act 2021

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Mutual Recognition (Tasmania) Amendment Act 2021 fix 22 December 2021 as the day on which that Act commences.
