Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935  –

(a) amend the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1993, No. 236 by –
(i) omitting from Schedule 1 to that proclamation "2814" and substituting "9364" ; and
(ii) omitting Schedule 2 to that proclamation and substituting the following Schedule:

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

This proclamation amends the proclamation notified in the Gazette on 24 November 1993 as Statutory Rules 1993, No. 236 by –
(a) omitting a reference to an out-of-date Plan in Schedule 1 to that proclamation and substituting a reference to a new Plan; and
(b) revising the places of access to the part of the East Tamar Highway declared by that proclamation to be a limited access road.
