Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and with the consent of the Forestry corporation established under the Forestry Act 1920, by this my proclamation made under section 7 of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 and in pursuance of section 27(2) of the Forestry Act 1920  –

(a) amend the proclamation made under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 and notified in the Gazette on 30 December 2009 as Statutory Rules 2009, No. 195 by omitting "1 July 2011" from paragraph (b) and substituting "2 April 2012"; and

(b) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

This proclamation amends the proclamation notified in the Gazette on 30 December 2009 as Statutory Rules 2009, No. 195 by changing the date on which the proclamation takes effect from 1 July 2011 to 2 April 2012.
