Proclamation under the Retirement Benefits (State Fire Commission Superannuation Scheme) Act 2005

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(1) of the Retirement Benefits (State Fire Commission Superannuation Scheme) Act 2005 fix 1 May 2006 as the day on which sections 7, 8, 12 and 15 of that Act and Schedules 1 and 3 to that Act commence.
