Proclamation under the Valuation of Land Act 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Valuation of Land Act 2001 fix 28 June 2002 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than section 65 , commence.
