Form 3 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting, from paragraph (c) on the back of the form, "public vehicle" and substituting "prescribed vehicle" .

These regulations amend the Road Safety (Alcohol and Drugs) Regulations 1999 consequent on the public vehicle reforms effected by the Passenger Transport Act 1997 and related legislation.
