SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 (S.R. 2000, NO. 8) - REG 238
Allegation of malice, intent or knowledge
It is sufficient to allege malice, fraudulent intention, knowledge or other
state of mind as a fact without setting out the circumstances from which it is
to be inferred.
