SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 (S.R. 2000, NO. 8) - REG 377

Discontinuance of originating application
(1)  A proceeding or any part of a proceeding not commenced by writ may be discontinued –
(a) by leave of the Court or a judge; or
(b) with the consent of all other parties.
(2)  Leave may be granted on any terms as may be just.
