SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 (S.R. 2000, NO. 8) - REG 58
Costs of proceedings tried before judge of an inferior court or referee
If a proceeding is tried, determined or dealt with by a judge of an inferior
court of civil jurisdiction, an officer or a referee who has the power to deal
with the costs of the proceeding, the judge, officer or referee has the same
discretion with respect to costs conferred on the Court or judge by
rule 57 .
