SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 (S.R. 2000, NO. 8) - REG 611
Notice of judgment or order
(1) In an administration proceeding or on an application under
rule 604 , the Court or a judge may order that any person who is not a
party be given notice of (a) the application; or
(b) any judgment
or order made on the application.
(2) Notice of a judgment or order is to be served on a person under
disability in the same manner as a writ in an action.
(3) An affidavit of service on a person ordered to be given notice under
subrule (1) is to be filed in the registry.
(4) On the application of a person served, the Court or judge may
discharge, vary or add to the judgment or order.
(5) Before making an application under subrule (4) , a person
served is to appear in the registry in the same manner, and subject to the
same provisions, as a respondent who appears.
(6) An application under subrule (4) is to be made within one month
after service.
