SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 (S.R. 2000, NO. 8) - REG 771

Interpretation of Division 1 of Part 32
In this Division,
relevant date means –
(a) in the case of an award which, by agreement of the parties to an arbitration agreement, may be made with reasons to be given later, the date on which the arbitrator gives notice of those reasons to the person appealing; or
(b) in any other case, the date on which the arbitrator gives notice of the award to the person appealing.
