SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 (S.R. 2000, NO. 8) - REG 779

Transfer or removal of proceedings
(1)  Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 37 , an application for the transfer or removal of a proceeding from or to the Court under the Cross-vesting Act is to be determined only by a judge or by the Full Court.
(2)  An application under the Cross-vesting Act, other than an application referred to in subrule (1) , may be determined by the Full Court, a judge or the Master.
(3)  If the Attorney-General of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory makes an application under the Cross-vesting Act for the transfer of a proceeding, the Attorney-General does not, by reason of the application, become a party to that proceeding.
