(1)  For the purposes of these rules, the Chief Justice, on the recommendation of the Law Society, may approve a document exchange.

(2)  The Chief Justice may revoke an approval of a document exchange.

(3)  An approval or its revocation is to be –

(a) in writing; and

(b) lodged with the Principal Registrar and the Law Society.
