SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 (S.R. 2000, NO. 8) - REG 833
Security by payment into Court
A party directed to give security may give it by (a) paying it
into Court; and
(b) giving to the party for whose benefit the security is to
be given (i) notice of the payment; and
(ii) an original receipt
for the money paid into Court.
