SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 (S.R. 2000, NO. 8) - REG 887
Application to stay execution
(1) A party against whom judgment is given or an order is made may apply
to the Court or a judge for a stay of execution or other relief against the
judgment or order on the ground of a matter occurring after judgment.
(2) The Court or a judge may give relief on any terms as may be just.
