(1) On the return of an order to show cause, the Court or a judge may (a) make the order final in respect of those securities, interests or funds to which the order relates; or(b) discharge the order.(2) A charging order which has been made final has the same effect, and gives the judgment creditor the same remedies for enforcing it, as if it were a valid charge made by the judgment debtor.(3) The Court or a judge may at any time vary or discharge a charging order which has been made final.
