SUPREME COURT RULES 2000 (S.R. 2000, NO. 8) - REG 965

Appeal from Master
(1)  A person affected by an order or decision of the Master may appeal from the order or decision to a judge in chambers by notice to attend before the judge.
(2)  Unless a judge or the Master otherwise orders –
(a) the notice is to be served, and a copy filed, within 4 days after the decision complained of; and
(b) there are to be at least 2 clear days between service of the notice and the day of hearing; and
(c) the appeal does not stay proceedings.
