(1)  The part, of the Department of State Growth, known as Renewables Tasmania, is amalgamated with the Department of Treasury and Finance.

(2)  The part, of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, known as the Tasmanian Climate Change Office, is amalgamated with the Department of Treasury and Finance.

(3)  The part, of the Department of Justice, known as the Planning Policy Unit, is amalgamated with the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

This order –

(a) amalgamates, with the Department of Treasury and Finance –

(i) the part, of the Department of State Growth, known as Renewables Tasmania; and

(ii) the part, of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, known as the Tasmanian Climate Change Office; and

(b) amalgamates, with the Department of Premier and Cabinet, the part, of the Department of Justice, known as the Planning Policy Unit.
