The following parts of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania are amalgamated with the Department of State Growth:

(a) the part known as Private Forests Tasmania;

(b) the part known as the Forest Practices Authority;

(c) the part known as Forest Policy.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953 .
