(1)  The part of the Department of Communities Tasmania known as the Family Violence Counselling and Support Service is amalgamated with the Department of Health.

(2)  The part of the Department of Communities Tasmania known as the Policy and Programs section of Communities, Sport and Recreation is amalgamated with the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

(3)  The part of the Department of Communities Tasmania known as Wellbeing, Strategy and Engagement is amalgamated with the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

(4)  The part of the Department of Communities Tasmania known as Community and Disability Services, other than the parts of those Services known as Specialist Accommodation and Support and the Tasmanian Autism Diagnostic Service, is amalgamated with the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

(5)  Such part of the Department of Communities Tasmania known as Business and Information Services, that supports the part of that Department known as Community and Disability Services, is amalgamated with the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

(6)  The part of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania known as Aboriginal Heritage Tasmania is amalgamated with the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

(This note is not part of the order)

This order –

(a) amalgamates the part of the Department of Communities Tasmania known as the Family Violence Counselling and Support Service with the Department of Health; and

(b) amalgamates certain other parts of the Department of Communities Tasmania with the Department of Premier and Cabinet; and

(c) amalgamates the part of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania known as Aboriginal Heritage Tasmania with the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
