(1)  The part of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania known as Aboriginal Heritage Tasmania is amalgamated with the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

(2)  The part of the Department of Communities Tasmania known as the Family Violence Counselling and Support Service is amalgamated with the Department of Health.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953 .

This order –

(a) amalgamates the part of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania known as Aboriginal Heritage Tasmania with the Department of Premier and Cabinet; and

(b) amalgamates the part of the Department of Communities Tasmania known as the Family Violence Counselling and Support Service with the Department of Health.
