Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting item 784 from Subdivision 3 of Division 2 of Part 3 and substituting the following:

(d) by omitting items 863 , 864 , 865 , 866 , 867 , 868 , 869 , 870 , 871 , 872 , 873 , 874 , 875 , 876 , 877 , 878 and 879 from Subdivision 6 of Division 2 of Part 3 ;

(e) by omitting Part 4 .

These regulations amend the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017 by updating certain references to prescribed offences consequent on the making of the Passenger Transport Services Amendment Regulations 2022.
