Regulation 19A of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (c) of subregulation (2) "or restrictions" ;

(b) by omitting paragraph (b) of subregulation (3) and substituting the following paragraph:

(b) is used pursuant to section 28 or 29 of the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 ;

(c) by omitting paragraphs (e) and (f) of subregulation (3) and substituting the following paragraphs:

(e) is registered under regulation 51 of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2000 ; or

(f) is used under the authority of a short term unregistered vehicle permit issued under regulation 75 of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2000 .
