(1)  Beer, stout, ale, brandy (including cognac and armagnac), gin, rum, vodka and whisky (whiskey) are prescribed as articles to which section 26 of the Act applies.

(2)  For the purposes of that section, a sale of a quantity of such an article is required to be at a price determined by reference to the volume of the quantity.
