Rule 383 of the Principal Rules is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subrule (1)(c) "and" and substituting "or" ;

(b) by inserting in subrule (1)(c) ", or both" after "light" ;

(c) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (h) in subrule (2):

(ha) Subrule (3) of rule 268 (How persons must travel in or on a motor vehicle);
