(a) by omitting item 5 from Division 2 of Part 1 ;

(b) by omitting item 14 from Division 2 of Part 1 ;

(c) by inserting after item 39 in Division 1 of Part 2 the following:

This order amends the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 by  –

(a) adding certain species to, and omitting certain species from, the Schedules of endangered, vulnerable and rare flora and fauna; and

(b) updating a common name reference in the Schedule of rare flora and fauna.
