VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC (DRIVER LICENSING AND VEHICLE REGISTRATION) AMENDMENT (INSTRUCTOR ACCREDITATION) REGULATIONS 2005 (S.R. 2005, NO. 118) - REG 4

Regulation 36 amended (Suspension or cancellation of primary licence or ancillary certificate)

Regulation 36(3) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:
(a) the holder has failed to successfully complete a training course as required by the conditions of the certificate; or
