Clause 9 of the Principal Notice is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (h) " Schedule 6 ." and substituting " Schedule 6 ;" ;

(b) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (h) :

(i) evidence of the accreditation of the operator of the vehicle under an approved mass management scheme or of the person's authority referred to in clause 8(b)(ii) is carried in, or on, the vehicle and produced on demand to a police officer or authorised officer.
