Subject to the conditions specified in clause 27 , regulation 22(3)(e)(ii) , (4)(d)(ii) , (7)(a), (b) and (d) of the Vehicle Operations Regulations does not apply to a person using, or causing or permitting the use of, a combination carrying a 12.2 metre-long overseas export freight container.
