WATER AND SEWERAGE INDUSTRY (CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS) REGULATIONS 2009 (S.R. 2009, NO. 145) - REG 31
Customer enquiries
A code must specify that a regulated entity must have a policy
about (a) how a customer may make an enquiry to the entity; and
(b) how the entity will deal with an enquiry made to the entity by a customer;
and
(c) the time in which an enquiry made to the entity by a customer will be
dealt with by the entity.
