WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2012 (S.R. 2012, NO. 122) - REG 231

Duty of persons conducting businesses or undertakings that manufacture plant

A manufacturer must not supply plant specified in Part 1 of Schedule 5 unless the design of that plant is registered under Part 5.3 .
Penalty: In the case of –
(a) an individual, a fine not exceeding $6 000; or
(b) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding $30 000.
