WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2012 (S.R. 2012, NO. 122) - REG 31
Register of WHS entry permit holders
For the purposes of section 151 of the Act, the regulator must publish on its
website – (a) an up-to-date register of WHS entry permit holders;
and
(b) the date on which the register was last updated.
