WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2012 (S.R. 2012, NO. 122) - REG 486
Exception to requirement to hold Class A asbestos removal licence
A Class A asbestos removal licence is not required for the removal of ACD
that – (a) is associated with the removal of non-friable asbestos;
or
(b) is not associated with the removal of friable or non-friable asbestos
and is only a minor contamination.
