A person who holds an asbestos removal licence must ensure that asbestos removal work authorised by the licence is supervised by a supervisor named to the regulator by the licence holder.

Penalty:  In the case of –

(a) an individual, a fine not exceeding $3 600; or

(b) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding $18 000.
