(1) A person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must ensure that, if flammable or combustible substances are kept at the workplace, the substances are kept at the lowest practicable quantity for the workplace.Penalty: In the case of (a) an individual, a fine not exceeding $6 000; or(b) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding $30 000.(2) In this regulation, flammable or combustible substances include (a) flammable and combustible liquids, including waste liquids, in containers, whether empty or full; and(b) gas cylinders, whether empty or full.
