PARLIAMENT OF VICTORIA Initiated in Council on by the Hon. Peter Hall A BILL to amend the Fair Trading Act 1999 to further regulate telephone marketing. Fair Trading (Telephone Marketing) Act 2005 The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows: 1. Purpose The purpose of this Act is to amend the Fair Trading Act 1999 to further regulate telephone marketing. 2.
