Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) If a defendant does not give notice of defence within 21 days after the service of a complaint or of the giving of leave to defend, or within any other time fixed by the Court for giving notice of defence, the plaintiff may apply for an order.
