MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2020 - REG 43.09

    (1)     Unless the Court otherwise orders, an affidavit—

        (a)     which has not been filed; or

        (b)     which has not been served or filed in compliance with an order in respect of its service or filing—

must not be used by the party by or on whose behalf it was made.

    (2)     An affidavit may be filed with the registrar or with the proper officer in court.
