MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL REGULATIONS 2024 - REG 8

For the purposes of section 73(3AA)(f) of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 , the following particulars are prescribed—

        (a)     the direction of the warrant to the sheriff;

        (b)     the fee payable for the issue of the warrant.
