Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) An application under section 18(1) of the Vexatious Proceedings Act 2014 for an extended litigation restraint order that relates to intervention order legislation must be in Form 5.
(2) An application referred to in this Rule must be supported by an affidavit.
(3) In addition, a copy of the order granting leave to apply for the extended litigation restraint order must be attached to the application.
