Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) Notice required to be given by a direction of the Court under section 68(2) of the Vexatious Proceedings Act 2014 must be in Form 14.
(2) The notice must be accompanied by a copy of every order made or direction given by the Court in the application to which the notice relates and in the preceding leave application.
