Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Registrar must pay into the Consolidated Fund any amount received from the sale or disposal of property under section 140(3)(c) after deduction of costs.
(2) A person who claims an entitlement to any money paid into the Consolidated Fund under subsection (1) may, at any time within 15 years after the cancellation of the association, apply to the Supreme Court for an order for payment to the person of the amount claimed.
(3) Any amount ordered to be paid to a person under subsection (2) must be paid out of the Consolidated Fund (which is hereby appropriated to the necessary extent).
